Home-made Rocket Heater

I've been experimenting with various designs for a home made rocket heater to heat my home utilizing a heat sink to store all of the heat this little baby will produce. Who are we?

PEACE farm began with a vision of three families working the land through subsistence and raising our children in a place where the changing seasons bring about our passions for living creatively and sustainably. 

We moved in to a beautiful 15 acre property at the beginning of March 2013, rolling pasture, a spring fed dam, and small woodland, just above the river flats looking out on the Yarra Valley mountain range.

Our intention is to grow  our food, manage farm animals, to work the land and co-create a life where we can express, implement and support each and our own passions such as building, craft, growing, teaching, storytelling, sacred circles and healing. 

Our values of caring for the earth, people and distribution of produce lends to the social economics of our existence of living thoughtfully. From the design of the farm to become energy efficient to the wellbeing of the relationships within our small and wider community, each person brings their gifts to share in the vision and creation of our farm.
